The Wilderness Cabin at Bear Creek Lodge is a 2 unit DUPLEX  cabin constructed upon stilts. The Wilderness Cabin’s unique architectural design allows for picturesque views of the tree-tops in the Ozark woods. Guests will enjoy the privacy and seclusion of these two units. Deer, Turkey and various bird species are just a handful of the wildlife that inhabit the wooded acreage around the cabin. Each unit of the Wilderness Cabin has 2 bedrooms with king and queen beds; 2 full bathrooms; full kitchen; and living room with hideaway queen sofas. The units each have private covered decks with private hot tubs.

Each Suite Sleeps 6

A note to our guests: The wilderness cabin is an adventure stay, Please note the two stairways going up to the cabin suites. This unit sits high in the trees, The road is steep and narrow to the Wilderness cabin. The units have a great view of the trees, But are not for people who can not navigate high places. We will not refund any deposits due to lack of mobility or parking issues. Please make sure you would like to stay in a suite the trees. Thanks Bear Creek  Roll out sofas in units are not comfortable for adults and are intended for children only.

The Chalet A Unit In The Wilderness Duplex

The Chalet unit of the Wilderness Cabin was designed to replicate a cozy summer chalet or cottage. The Chalet’s white washed slatted wood walls, shabby-chic linens, and stone fireplace make it a warm and inviting place to relax and unwind.

The Bunkhouse A Unit In The Wilderness Duplex

The Bunkhouse is our western take on cabin -living. The Bunkhouse’s dark pine walls, rich paint colors, and leather offer a taste of the old west. Both units sleep up to 6 people and boast soaring ceilings with stone fireplaces, relax and unwind.
