All units require half down at time of booking. Any lodging reservations associated with a wedding are completely non-refundable. All reservations of 4 or more days; or that reserve more than two units at one time are non-refundable. All other reservations can be cancelled two weeks prior to reservation date and a refund will be issued on deposit. Any cancellations within the two week period will be non-refundable. Guests that fail to arrive on reservation day will lose entire reservation amount (deposit and second portion) (due to the lodge being unable to re-coop the loss at such a late date.) The maximum capacities for each unit are listed with pricing. The capacities must be respected by guests due to strict fire codes. Guests will be charged an additional $100 per room, per night for filling units beyond their limits; not to mention the fact that we prepare breakfast every morning for paying guests only!

Monday through Friday we serve complimentary continental breakfast in the winery. On the weekends we serve a hot dish along with a variety of breakfast items.
Weekends we serve biscuits and gravy, pastries, cereal, juice milk coffee and fresh fruit in our tasting room. Breakfast Basket includes: Homemade pastries, variety of cereal, milk, orange juice, granola bars, coffee, creamer, sugar and fruit.

The Wilderness Cabin * $225.00
Wilderness Cabin: The wilderness cabin is a duplex unit with separate decks, staircases and entrances, separate hot tubs, etc. The units do not adjoin and nothing is shared. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room with stone gas-burning fireplaces. Small children and the elderly or disabled are cautioned on renting these units; due to the number of steep flights of stairs. The road leading to the wilderness cabin is gravel and is narrow; it is a cabin in the woods; there is no pavement; only mulched paths and staircases that lead to the entrance deck stair-casing. They are lovely, secluded units that are enjoyed by folks that love nature and peace and quiet; but are not recommended for those that seek easy accessibility. *Hot tub

POLICIES

Deposits on reservations are half down + tax and are due at time of booking. The second half is due upon arrival. 14 days notice is required to cancel and receive a refund on deposit. Cancellations made within the week of reservation date are completely non-refundable for the entire reservation amount. All bookings for multiple units or reservations for 3 or more days are completely non-refundable.
Additional guests above the two person base rate are $14 per guest every day of the scheduled reservation whether those guests stay the full amount of days. The additional guest fee will be applied for use of any additional bedrooms and baths. Our two bedroom units will offer only one bedroom and bath for every 2 guests. The additional bedroom and bath will be locked and inaccessible unless the additional guest fee is paid. All bookings over holiday weekends or holidays are non-refundable. All bookings associated with a wedding or event\whether guest of wedding or bride and groom are completely non- refundable.
All deposits on specialty packages that include lodging with an activity; such as massages or zip-lining, skeet shooting, horseback riding, fishing, wine-tasting, etc. are non-refundable. Reservations made for wintry weather months must understand that we reserve the right to move your reservation to a safer, more accessible unit if necessary; if our property is completely un-accessible due to weather; a credit for a future stay is issued.
We offer no daily maid services. We do exchange used towels etc. for clean in the office/check in space. Absolutely no pets allowed; a pet cleaning fee will be charged to any guest suspected of violating this policy. Responsible smoking allowed outdoors. The maximum capacities of units must be respected; or additional fees will be added. We make no accommodations for food allergies; it is recommended that guests with food allergies refrain from dining.
Any units with hot tubs must be aware that maintenance issues do occasionally occur. These issues can arise between guest turnover and result in the Lodge being unable to correct the issue in a timely fashion. A refund of $25.00 of the reservation amount will be deducted for instances that result in the hot tub being out of use for the duration of the stay. There is a weight limit of 530 pounds in all of the hot tubs.
